Against the background of global, national, family and individual care crises, care transformations direct attention to the transformations of existing economic and social regimes, especially care regimes, that are necessary for caring societies. In this context, care transformations are a central part of socio-ecological transformations, which are oriented towards the criteria of gender justice and care justice as well as sustainability. The care movement contributes to these care transformations, which together can also lead to a care revolution.
